Last night I participated in the Urban Ecology Center’s Photo Club’s “Guest Critique Night.” I was invited to come in and give short critiques on the members’ photos. It was a whirlwind of photo-talk, as the critique lasted two hours and new photos from coming to the easels every 8-10 minutes. The club regularly invites guests in for critiques, feeling that a fresh set of eyes may be useful in their photographic development. It was a pleasure to be their guest as I had a real good time and saw a few unexpected, familiar faces too. A very sincere “Thank You” to Mary Dumont for inviting me to her photo club–it was a pleasure to stop in.
The photo of me speaking was made by photo-club member Corree Coppinger .
