I was pretty excited to attend this “Third Thursday” at Revolution Natural Running, as I am a casual runner, and am real intrigued by “natural running” – that is, getting your feet closer to the group with lighter and thinner shoes. A lot of the regulars of LFM attended this event, and there were a few new faces too – like ECE Candles and Shift-It Life Coach and Graphic Recorder!
